Confirming & Cancellations
Once your booking is confirmed, we will email a deposit link via stripe.com and a contract to be signed. The deposit must be paid in full before your event date. The remaining balance will be collected within 24 hours after services are rendered. If in the event services cannot be rendered due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, full monies will be refunded.
Cancellations
Please notify by email or phone, ideally within 48-72 hours in advance if you have to cancel with us. A full refund of the deposit will be granted if you cancel within 7 business days of booking your event. The refund will be returned within 72 hours. Additionally, you may reschedule your event if the new date is available. If the event is canceled AFTER the 7 day grace period of booking, monies paid are NON-REFUNDABLE & cannot be rescheduled.
